Well-appointed room, as well as excellent staff. Location near plenty of restaurants in the area, shops, restaurants, bars and fun activities and Myrtle Beach.

This place is perfectly situated near the Fountains in Florida, with friendly staff, spacious modern rooms, lovely details, and stunning views from the balcony.

The hotel was located just next door to the Fountains, and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room itself was well-appointed and brand-new and had wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The location in places was best possible and unbeatable. We had lunch at nearby Chick-fil-A, tried their fast food options. Enjoyed our stay.

Our rooms were well-appointed and brand-new with a sleeper sofa. Nice touches plus spectacular views as expected. - the hotel was really close to good restaurants.

We loved the view through the glass exterior walls! Also loved how close the pier, boardwalk, and beach were.

I really like the location. It is convenient to shopping, food, and entertainment. The room was very nice, loved the setup! It was very clean, air was very fresh when we entered the room. Would love to stay there again in the future.

Great location: The resort was perfectly situated in the heart of the action. We were able to walk to everything we needed, including a grocery store and restaurants. The convenience of not needing to rent a car was a major plus. Clean and comfortable room: Our room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for our romantic escape. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare meals in our room.

Maintenance issues: We encountered some minor maintenance issues during our stay, such as a noisy heating system. While they were not major enough to require immediate repair, they did impact our overall experience and should have been addressed before our arrival.

I liked the view and location. I liked the easy access to the beach.

I did not like the elevators and the delays when trying to check out. It took over 30 minutes to get an elevator to get to the the lobby with all of our luggage. The indoor pool is entirely too small.

The fact that is was on the beachfront, was great. And that the entire building was glass no matter where you were you always had an outside view of attractions and even the beach depening on your room location.

This is a 20 floor hotel with only 2 that's right 2 elevators, which means you will spend quite some time waiting to leave the hotel, It was crazy. Also could been a little more clean found childrens panties behind master bedroom door in neighbor's room, and my pantry was filled with food from previous guest the exp date on items were from 02/2010 yuck, the staff need to check the cabinets each time they clean and behind all doors. :(

Central location, walkable to food and entertainment, beachfront, good pools.

Our room was very nice and the matress was more comfortable than we expected.

We did not have hot water for the first night and next morning that we were there.

The rooms had a view out of this world, and the staff was great.

They could up grade their t.v. and get flat screens

The hotel's location is fantastic, being right on the beach and close to all the attractions the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. You can easily access the boardwalk and numerous restaurants from here.

Everything was fine during our stay.

The room was very clean. The bed was a little too soft for me but not uncomfortable. If I had to rate it , it would be a 3 out of 5 for the nightly rate.
